I miss
you Keith. You gave me a new interpretation of life, music and love. You
were there when I needed you and I think of you often when I am playing
music or listening to one of the many groups you turned me on to. If I
had ever had a brother, I would have wished him to be you. I love you.
Know that whenever I share this tribute page with friends and family,
your love will always be alive in our hearts and minds. |

Keith told me
that this drawing (which he drew in the hospital a few months before
he died) represented how he had so much love to give, but it just
couldn't break out of the cage because there were no doors or openings.

- I took
a walk
- I never
looked back
- what
was there- was...
- I took
a breath
- I took
it deep
- what
is here - is...
- I took
a chance
- I took
a flying leap
- I know
I can fly...
- here
in this faith
- lights
the fire of belief
- that
never asks why...
-
- I -
a man measured by
- the
waters of my soul and
- you
- a river running through
- with
more than I can hold
-
- I close
my eyes
- and
here on the inside
- I took
in the view...
- an
azure sky
- and
vista of bridges
- took
me to you...
-
- I a
man measured by
- the
waters of my soul
- you
- a river running through
- with
more than I can hold

The hallowed entrance of
BELOW ZERO night club. The Innovation of another good friend who passed
away in the early 90's, Ed Lindgreen. This is the club where I first
met Keith. His band was playing on a Friday night in the fall of '85.
This club had a firm grasp of what was happening in the music and
fashion scenes. Frequently combining the two for an aural and visual
extravaganza!
